How should someone cite something from Confucius in the text and reference page?

You would cite Confucius by just using Confucius.  When you are using in text citations you would use According to Confucius, "________", or you can say something then say (Confucius, year). This would depend on if you are using MLA format or APA format of course. You can go to son of citation and type in the information for the source and what format and it will show you the correct way to cite it. Good luck and hope this helps.
