Does anyone know how to solve .. Im looking to find the Range and Domain ? Thanks

you can take the absolute value of any number, so domain is all real numbers
the absolute value of anything is greater than or equal to zero, so range is \(y\geq 0\)

the lowest value |-2x| will ever get is zero so the range is zero to positive infinity...
