先用汉语回答你,原谅我英语水平不好。根据中心法则,生命信息从核苷酸序列流向其编码的蛋白质。 蛋白质结构(很多是酶活性)差异导致了大多数的区别。 按照现在分子生物学的理论,大多数生物在进化树上有共用祖先。不停的变异导致了现在的种间差异。一部分基因是保守的,这些功能基因往往并不能用来确定种间差异(当然有些时候我们用他)。我们更多是使用无意基因来判断种间差异。因为这些基因并不再编码蛋白质了,所以它们没有选择压力,其突变又一定程度上说是随机的,因此突变在这些基因上累计起来。测算它们,我们可以判断差异。

My english is bad so that may be can't give you a good answer.Some times(not all times),the changinge of genetic codes should make the proteins changes.There is no selection pressure in the intron,the mutation will accumulate with the times.Measure the differences and then we can determine.........................
