Trying to do L2 problem 10, what is meant by 'strictly greater than' as in 'happy is strictly greater than 2' ? Must say I'm not happy about this one

It simply checks that the value is greater than the other and nothing else. For example if you wrote 'is greater than', some might interpret it as 'greater or equal'. Using 'strictly' removes the possibility of passing an equal value.

I had numerous attempts (made a few errors), but I did not think question was worded very well. It does not say happy is already defined
