Can someone help me with this please. The four sides of vegetable garden are 16 1/5 feet, 34 3/4 feet, 28 1/4feet, and 22 4/5 feet. How many feet of fencing are needed to go around the garden. First estimate the answer. Then solve the application Problem. The estimate answer is___ Feet. The exact answer is ___Feet.

The question is asking you for the perimeter. Simply add up the four sides. If you estimate, 16.2ft is close to 20, so estimate 20 and do the same for all four numbers. 20 + 30 + 30 +20 is approximately 100ft of fencing. The exact answer is 16.2+34.75+28.25+22.8 which you could work out to get the answer

so the estimate is 100 fencing and the exact answer is 102 Am I right
