The 7 A.M. – 10 A.M. bar would go up to 58; The 1 P.M. – 4 P.M. bar would go down to 20 and the 4 P.M. – 7 P.M. bar would go up to 70.

A good way to do this would be to sketch in the additions and subtractions to each time slot. Then you can visualize the change and describe it better. I'm sure the person who replied before me is correct, but you should do this in your own words and be able to figure it out for yourself! Also, I think you may have gotten number 3 wrong.

I was actually thinking that it wouldn't be possible to know how many cyclists were on the trail at 5pm. Because this is a histogram, and there is a time slot from 4pm to 7pm, you have no way of knowing how many people were there at exactly 5pm.
