Furthering of industrial technology, division of labor, utilization of a larger work force (More women and children), and the development of an extremely rich upper class of business owners paying slave wages to the fore mentioned workers.

In the wording, maybe. But workers were underpaid and mistreated. That's why the gilded age led to conflict between business owners and unions. It could worded in a different way, but I would hope that people take information from OpenStudy and  reword it, as opposed to just turning in what someone on the internet said.
