you have the angle and the hypotenuse, and you need to find the opposite side. What trig ratio is the ratio of the side opposite an angle to the hypotenuse?

i found it by using sin but when i work it all out it doesnt give me the right answr... what did u get when u worked it

Make sure your calculator set at degree mode ( instead of radian)

Probably go to setting menu, to select the degree mode. It's your phone, check its manual or purchase a scientific calculator as most student do :)
