How would placing a relative pronoun before the antecedent change what the sentence means?

Pronoun-Antecedent Agreement: If a person wants to succeed in corporate life, he or she has to know the rules of the game.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That was not what i was really looking for, I need an example (more of an explanation) where emphasis or meaning might change based on if the relative pronoun is in front of the antecedent or behind the antecedent.
