Really, all of those options except for the first one are true, but drafting is certainly very important... although it can be fun to sit down and try writing for as long as you can without drafting. Not for essays though :)

I think the last option is the best choice.

P.S.
It really annoys me when some asks for a best answer.  Seriously.  I will go out of my way NOT to choose them.
