Ask yourself what's wrong with using a phrase like "typically female." There probably isn't a way to convey exactly the same meaning without being biased. You would need hard data to support anything you claimed to be typical. You have to get more specific and define your terms very carefully. "In the case of X, 90% of females did Y, whereas only 20% of males did so. In that respect we refer to Y as a typically female response--in this case only."
