GEOMETRY HELP PLEASE?(: Cindy is drawing a geometric figure. She first constructs two intersecting congruent line segments and decides to make them the diagonals of a quadrilateral. What else does Cindy need to know about the diagonals to determine whether the quadrilateral will be a square or a rectangle? Explain your answer using complete sentences.

OpenStudy (ash2326):

@AmauryP the diagonals of square intersect at what angle?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the segments need to bisect each other. if they intersect in a right angle its a square otherwise rectangle. if both segments are not bisected then its a quadrilateral
