Help in 2D kinematics. Help. A woman has been found dead in her car at the bottom of a 100m tall cliff and the car has landed 25m away from the cliff. How long does it take her to hit the bottom of the cliff?

The distance from the cliff (25m) isn't needed since the fall time is solely dependent on the y component of the initial velocity. For this problem the initial y velocity is 0m/s so you can simply use:\[d=\frac{1}{2}gt^2\]\[100m=\frac{1}{2}(9.8m/s^2)t^2\]Just solve the above for t.
