The main question you probably should ask is: Does the city need a power plant? If its just for alternative power, then its alternative to what? Where is the current power coming from? You also have to ask. What are the benefits or cons for doing this? Is the current power being supplied being created very inefficiently and that's why we need a power plant because it will produce power more efficiently. How will this power plant effect the environment? What if the power plant has a melt down and radioactive materials are exposed which can harm the citizens? Remember that this just happened in Japan not too long ago.
