I made two attempts, but I don't seem to get an answer that has any relation to the actual answer. Any suggestions? If it helps here is what I did. First, I separated the integrand into partial fractions. Then, I split up the integrals for simplification.

Did you get the partial fractions set up correctly? This one looks like a doozy :(
