how to find bulk resistance

In general, bulk resitance is the 3-dimensional resistance of a bulk material. In semiconductor technology you usually distinguish bulk- from sheet-resistance. The latter (Ohm/square) allow you to calculate the resistance in Ohms by taking into account a geometrical factor (2-dimensional) "counting" the squares the resistance is composed. With bulk resistance you need to know all the 3 dimensions of the resistance.
