how will i determine the power and energy of the unit step sequence

anyone?

I think the energy will be infinity .. this is because you sum up all points (with value = 1) in the interval [0,inf] \[\lim \sum_{0}^{N} 1 , N \rightarrow \inf\]

while the power will be 1/2 .. as you divide the energy be 2N+1 .. taking the limit you will get N/(2N+1) which equal to 1/2 ...

i think the unit step signal is neither energy nor power signal ....
