Ryan Notices That When He Folds His Paper Once Then Unfolds It He Sees Two Sections How Many Times Would He Fold His Paper To Get 64 Sections ?

You fold it once and get 2 sections. In other words, you fold it once and get 2^1 = 2 sections. 64 is 2^6. You would have to fold it six times to get 64 sections.
