Factor this Trinomial Completley x^2 + 4x + 24

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You can't factor it. It's prime.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OKay so what is I changed it to x^2 + 12x + 24

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's prime too.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ugh llol what could I change it to to not make it prime

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is the assignment...?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have to create a factorable trinomial and then explain how to factor it and the process for that fact ors accuracy. I just need help getting a factroable trinomial.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay so you can work backwards. Pick integers, and create two binomials. Then multiply the binomials out and simplify to get a trinomial. That trinomial will be factorable, because you already picked integers when choosing a binomial.

I got it. Thanks for the help.
