I know that 200 calls would make the phone plans equal... i just don't know how to write it out and show my work

$$y=25$$$$y=13+.06x$$ where $y$ is the cost and $x$ is the number of minutes used 
set $25=13+.06x$ and solve for $x$

$$25=13+.06x$$
$$12=.06x$$
$$x=12\div.06=1200\div 6=200$$
