Okay, so for 315 we can see 15*21 is 315 so the prime factorization would be 5*3*7*3. For 1575 we see 21*3*25 is 1575 so the prime factorization would be 7*3*3*5*5. Put these numbers above each other: \[\frac{ 5*3*7*3 }{ 7*3*3*5*5 }\] The 5,3,7, and 3 all cancel leaving you with an understood on on top and a 5 on the bottom. There you go (1/5) is your simplified form. :D
