It's hard to see the picture but if that shows that that angle AOC and angle BOC are congruent than that means we can prove that those triangles are congruent. angle OBC is congruent to OAC. Therefore the two triangles are congruent because of Angle-angle-side. Therefore AC is congruent to BC
