Please Help Solving This Problem! Consider a u-tube whose arms are open to the atmosphere. Now water is poured into the U-tube from one arm and light oil (density=790 kg/m^3) from the other.one arm contain 70cm high water, while the other arm contains both fluids with an oil-to-water height ratio of 4.Determine the height of each fluid in that arm.?

OpenStudy (kainui):

What needs to happen to get these two forces in equilibrium? Remember, F=mg, so consider the mass of the oil and water.

I can't solve it.Please give me solution.
