Find the x-intercept and y-intercept. 2x+y=7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

replace \(x\) by zero to get the \(y\) intercept, you get \(y=7\) in one step, so \((0,7)\) is the \(y\) intercept repeat with \(y=0\) for the \(x\) intercept

I'm lost. So..It's like 2(0)+y=7 Right? So then what?
