Can someone help me divide this problem with out long division? I think I have to factor over or something like that. I will put up the equation down below shortly.

(a^3x^4-a^2x^3) / ax^2 \[\frac{(a^3x^4-a^2x^3)}{ax^2}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Look for factors which both terms in the numerator have in common, and factor those out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That should make division much easier

Okay, thanks! I'll keep you updated. :)
