If you have a router. Access it using 192.168.2.1
Change the password and you could also check the MAC/Physical addresses of the computers accessing your WiFi. Block the unknown MAC addresses

You could just...you know...change your password.

You'll be presented a page there. You have to log on the router.
It'd require a password. There you can change the access password and block mac addresses

dude I can't even access 192.168.2.1 because the internet is soo slow and keeps timing out

It doesn't require internet to access that. Maybe it'd have some other address.
Google your router name and there you could find its address
