a way to remember is f(x+c) shifts it LEFT TO -C, this is because when does x+c = 0? when x = -c, so it shifts the origin to -c
thats true. but i don tknow the answer :(
so if we want it to shift right, its a minus sign f(x-c) will shift the function right c units. so to get the function to start at 4 it is f(x-4)
