Not sure what your statement is, but if you have a conditional statement such as: If P, then Q Then the contrapositive would be If not Q, then not P For example: If it rains, it's cold ---- Statement If it's not cold, it's not raining ---- Contrapositive

Yep. Just do the same logic as I mentioned. Negate both the hypothesis and conclusion, and flip the two If it's raining, I'm not going out -- Statement if i'm going out, then it's not raining -- Contrapositive Note that negating a 'not' is a double negative which is a positive. I'm not not going out = I'm going out
