The angles inside triangle ABD are all 60 degrees, since it's shown as equilateral. It appears that ADC is a straight line across the base, so angle BDC would be supplementary to angle BDA (which was 60), so BDC would be 120. And triangle BDC has two equal legs with BD and CD, so the small angles should be equal.
