Beowulf You are looking at the battle between Beowulf and Grendel from Beowulf’s point of view. You have just arrived back in Scandinavia after defeating Grendel. You have been asked to share your story with the natives of your land. Tell the story of the battle from your (Beowulf’s) perspective. Be sure to elaborate on the following: Who was involved in the battle? What was the cause of the battle? Where did the battle take place? How did you defeat the monster? What was the monster’s reaction to being defeated? Anyone have any ideas?

Well Beowulf being blind hero, meaning he only spoke of his glories and tried to glorify his defeats by adding glories(swim against Becca) I would use alot of description of how he overpowered the beast from the start and how deadly Grendel looked but he had no chance against Beowulf but in first person if you know what I mean. For example, What was the cause of the battle? I, Beowulf, gave my word that I would defeat the monstorious beast Grendel that had killed many innocent souls of Herot. To defeat all evil from this world and plunge it back into the devils cold beatless heart in the depths of fiery hell and beyond...etc. if I can write that in 2 seconds I'm sure you'll be fine. Just pretend that your someone who thinks he's the best and can do anything (:
