for a, draw a number line. Make a point starting at 8 and go to the right 6 places and you should end up at 14

Same for b just start at 11 and go 7 places to the right and you should end at 18

same for c just start at 2 go 6 places to the right make a point, then go 9 more places to the right, which should stop at 17
