For the case where the sample is the mean and samples are uncorrelated (as we assume is the case for your question), the standard deviation of the sample (aka, standard error) is  the standard deviation of the population divided by the square root of the sample size.

$$0.8/\sqrt(n) = 0.8 / 10$$
