kk since you need a number between 20-30, make it easy and take a multiple of 9. Why? Since the ratio is 4:5, you have 9 people right there. 27 is a multiple of 9 between 20-30, so we can use that. 27 is 3 times 9, so we have to multiply the ratio(4:5) by 3. Hence, 12:15. If you add it up, you get 27
