The easiest way to do this would be with synthetic division. But i can't teach you that since i can't draw...

Well the answer is 4a+3. I used long division.

Long division works pretty quick too.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Synthetic division requires multiplication and addition of fractions in this case, which isn't so bad, but some people don't like that.
