The gross earning would be $499. Now to find the net pay, subtract all of the taxes, etc.
Add the left side amount for Gross earnings and right side amount for net pay...
and subtract them from the first answer...
So 386.86?

So, the total amount of taxes, etc is $117.14 The gross pay is $499
So, the net pay would be $499-117.14= 381.86
watch out!!! taxes = 116.14
Sorry typo, it is 117.14
Ok, so the last value was 5 and not 6 so the tax total is 116.14
