You have to isolate a, to do so, you would need to move the 9 to the other side. Since 9 is divided, you simply have to multiply both sides of teh equation by 9. Now, you're left with 4a = 9*100/45. Since 4 is multiplied by a, you can get rid of it by dividing both sides by 4. That should isolate the a. Then, you just need to simplify
