yep just look at the sides (it's stated they are similar which is why this is possible)

side length of bottom is 3, and since the upper triangle is similar, and has a length of 15, that means the upper triangle is 5x larger

so you can just multiply the base of the lower triangle by 5 to get the base of the upper one
