how do you write (4,-1) m=3 in standard form

Standard form looks like this: Ax+By=C. I normally start by writing an equation in slope intercept form (y=mx+b). Do you know how to do that?
treat 4 as the x, -1 as y, and solve for b
yeah i know slope intercepet form and i can put it in that i just dont know how to convert it to standard form
to convert from one form to the other, just move your x to the left with the y
ok so what are A B and C the values for
