The graphic basically translates codons (3 'bits' of RNA) into amino acids. It's a little imprecise, but I think the best answer would be 'D.' Introns and exons are in the DNA, not the RNA, so that rules out answers B and C. It could not be A, since the anticodons are not shown in the graphic. When biologists like Marshall Nirenberg started to "crack the genetic code" in the 1960s, they discovered the relationship between codons and amino acids. The result was a chart very similar to your graphic. Hope this helps :)
