Keith reached into a bag of 12 prizes. He was told to pull two prizes out. How many outcomes are possible?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

12 on the first pull, and 11 different ones on the second pull, so 12*11 so 132

If the prizes are all different, there are 12*11/2=66 outcomes possible as the order of the prizes presumably doesn't matter.
