OpenStudy (richyw):

this is driving me crazy. Is there anyway to plot these two parametric lines? on free software?

OpenStudy (richyw):

(5+2,-3-2s,5) (1+6t,-1,4+2t)

OpenStudy (richyw):

or even something that will solve for the intersection point. Yes I know how to do it by hand. What I want is to see how to do it on the computer!

fooplot.com is my favorite

OpenStudy (richyw):

will it do 3d parametric plots?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=parametric+1%2B6t%2C-1%2C4%2B2t Don't know about intersection though.

OpenStudy (richyw):

that's not it either. I need both lines!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, you will need them both in t for a start.....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And the lines may be skew...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if you have a mac, you can use grapher

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(5+2,-3-2s,5) 5+2?

OpenStudy (richyw):

tried using grapher already
