how do you solve: 4y+5z=4 3x-2y=0 x+3z=-8 as an ordered triple?

I'm not sure what you mean by ordered triple, but you can take one equation, solve it for whichever variable you choose, then plug that into another equation with the same variable. just keep going until you get an answer from one of the variables.
