Fisrt step would be to gather like terms -4y+11>99 Then we are trying to isolate the y so we would subtract 11 from both sides -4y+11-11>99-11 -4y>88 Our last step would be to divide both sides by -4. The rule with inequalities goes as follows. When dividing a negative term you flip the sign \(\large {-4y \over 4}< {88 \over -4}\) \( y<-22\)
