take each vector and split it into its horizontal and vertical components. add the similar components (horizontal + horizontal), (vertical + vertical) and you have 2 legs of a right triangle. Use pythagorean theorem to find the hypotenuse, and sin\cos\tan (your prefernce) to find the angle.
