A chemical change occurred

It can't be the fourth one as obviously an observable change happened. It can't be the third one because a mixture is just two liquids sharing the same container. No energy is converted. It could be any of the first two because chemical reactions result in energy changes and so does the dissolving of a substance, which is physical.
