Uranium is a mineral which is used to generate electricity. Predict and explain the long term effect on the environment of obtaining and using uranium as a source of energy.

Uranium can supply energy with less greenhouse effect of any other energy source. The use of uranium is also known as nuclear fission which creates radioactive waste which is difficult to dispose of. (Japan's nuclear disaster was because of a nuclear reactor= uranium energy- i think).
