I know little of html. But i want to create a professional webpage for a student Association, so its very official. Probably, many people will use it.Can you guys give me some advice?

Well even with builders YOU MUST know the code generated behind it.  For Java I use Netbeans and that has a GUI builder which is awesome, but I still need to know what's going on in the background..
