what's the difference between $B*dl = mu*($J*dS + epsilon*$E*dS) and $B*dl = mu*($J*dS + epsilon*$del*E*dV) ? Is there any chance to use closed surface integral in Electric Field ? I want to know the difference of "open surface integral of E field " to " Closed surface integral of E fIeld" in the 4th Maxwell Equation. In displacement current, the current I is equal to capacitor charge changing rate. for the mathmatical reason, but I think the time delay is overlooked.
