I got a chance to interview but I didnt signup and now all the slots are full. I am not waitlisted. Feel so stupid

That would depend on how many places they have open, and how many people are applying. If lots of people apply then it would be harder to get in since there's more competition.

It's kinda impossible to judge how hard/easy it is to get a job w/ MS since the variables are probably changing all the time. HTH :)
