I almost got it, but forget to keep track of the total amount paid, any sugestions of what can i do in this code to solve it simply.

You can use too "for month in range (12)" and print also works like print 'Month: ',month
If you need to calculate the total paid amount, just initialize another variable and += with the amount paid every month, that add should be every month.
